CONVEYOR BELT
The conveyor belt system guarantees a high work speed without creating paper jams. Also crumpled paper can be fed into the shredding head without problems.

ELECTRONIC OIL INJECTION
The automatic oil injection system lubricates the cutting shafts when shredding and guarantees a constantly high shred performance.

EASY SWITCH
Multifunction control element uses optical signals to indicate the operational status, and functions as an emergency stop switch.

ILLUMINATION OF THE WORKING AREA
The feeding area and the conveyor belt are illuminated by LEDs.

High shred speed for efficient shredding. EASY-SWITCH – intelligent multifunction control element indicating the operational status of the shredder with varying color codes and back-lit symbols. Electronic control prevents overfeeding: automatic reverse and re-feeding in case of paper jams. Main switch and emergency cut-off switch. Automatic oil injection on the cutting shafts during shredding operation for constantly high shred performance. Oil droplet icon will illuminate when more oil is needed. Plastic bag suspension with pull-out mechanism on wheels for easy removal of the full bag. High volume bag for the shredded material. Automatic cut-off when shred bag is full or the door is open. * Sheet Capacity is based on 70 gsm paper, and are normally only achievable in ideal situations, so heavier duty paper will shred less sheets. In many cases the capacities quoted are theoretical as conditions vary and are dependent on operator usage, age and condition of machines, how regularly cutters are oiled, type and quality of paper etc. so realistic throughputs can be as low as half that of the theoretical capacities quoted.
